Hello everyone - I realize it's been a while since I posted, but things have been a little crazy to say the least. Here are some pics from the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, where we sought refuge while our house was on the market in Berkeley.

We were VERY fortunate to have a quick sale of the Berkeley house, with a 21 day escrow to boot!
